As of July 1, 2013, the City of Sacramento's blue recycle bin pick-up schedule has changed. Our Golf Course Terrace Estates neighborhood is designated as "A" so if you put out your bin on "B" week it will be left there. It's taking awhile to get used to the new schedule but we will there before you know it.
